Payment:
Simple Balance accepts cash and
checks.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Please contact us as soon as
possible if you need to cancel or re-schedule an
appointment. We have a waiting list and would
like to offer your time slot to a patient who is
able to come.
Lateness Policy:
If you are going to be late for
your appointment, please call the office. If we
do not hear from you and you are more than 15
minutes late, you may lose your appointment.
When in doubt, please call us.
Referral Policy:
If an Acupuncture
or Massage Therapy patient refers someone and
that person keeps her/his appointment, the
referring patient will receive a coupon for one
complimentary treatment. |
